The suite offers natural daylight, fixed stage, climate control, 6 meters ceiling height, complimentary high speed WiFi and is perfect for any event.
A further nine meeting rooms complement this flexible space all with natural daylight, complimentary high speed WiFi access and air conditioning. All rooms come equipped with LCD projector and screen.
Meeting planners can take advantage of the loyalty programme, Le Club Meetings, available to all meeting agents and corporate companies organising events and conferences of any size.
Located just a five minute walk from Piccadilly Railway Station, ten minutes from major motorway links and just over nine miles from Manchester Airport the hotel has secure on-site car parking for up to 80 vehicles.
We can offer one of largest suites in the North West, easily accommodating 800 people for a theatre style conference or 650 people for a banquet!
This versatile space can be tailored to your specific event needs making The International Suite suitable for a variety of events, from product launches, academic conferences, seminars to award ceremonies!
We will include a spacious reception area, private balcony, inbuilt bar, up lighters which can be themed to a selection of colours, star cloth back drop, 20x10 meter drop down screen as well as front projection and inbuilt stage area, all of which will always be included in your package!

Outstanding Service and Hospitality! We had an excellent experience thanks to the amazing staff, Roy, Lewis, and Hinna. Their service was absolutely spot on: fast, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They made us feel so welcome and were the perfect hosts during our stay in Manchester before our event tomorrow. I honestly cannot recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough, a truly first-class experience from start to finish, including a warm welcome from the reception, checked in at 7:30pm.

Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Manchester Piccadilly! The front desk team—Raj, Kostia, and Ellie—were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, professional, and incredibly efficient, making check-in and check-out completely seamless. Their friendliness and attention to detail really stood out, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The reception team is always available, communicative, and full of local knowledge, which made my stay even better. The hotel itself is large, clean, and very well maintained, with rooms that are comfortable, hygienic, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, the experience was exceptional—thanks to an amazing team who truly know how to deliver great service!

Reception staff very helpful and able to change our room when we had an issue. The food at Level 3 was excellent. We ate there in the evening and at breakfast, food was always hot and very tasty. Felix -(waiter/bar staff) was attentive and always very helpful. Neil has a great sense of humour, but very professional. Our first room was very cold, but we were moved to another room with no issue. Our room and bed were comfortable. The bathroom is in need of updating, tiles and dirt/mold on the floor in the corner of the door and bath. The shower was excellent. We would definitely stay here again

The rooms are definitely worn and starting to show their age, and could really benefit from some refurbishment to bring them up to the standard you’d expect. That said, the service in the restaurant more than made up for it. Roy and Robert were absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests were well looked after. Their customer service really stood out and was a highlight of the stay. Overall, the hotel itself needs a refresh, but the great service from Roy and Robert made the visit much more enjoyable.
