Hidden amidst the towers of Spinningfields, The Oast House is truly one of its kind. Once home to hops and kilns, it is now a popular destination for individuals from all walks of life. Known for its unmatched atmosphere, live music, and Rotisserie Chicken, The Oast House has been one of the city's favorite spots for over a decade hosting up to 600 guests at once. The venue has multiple hirable areas available Monday - Friday with the ability to facilitate a variety of events ranging from 30 to 120 guests.
Throughout summer, the courtyard is a perfect spot for drinks in the sun, in the winter it offers a camp to Manchester's most atmospheric venue, The TeePee.
The TeePee is open from October to March, making it a perfect spot for any occasion. From a full buyout to sectioned-off private hire, it makes a great location to host any party, wedding, or corporate event. You can build your perfect event from live music to festive dining to our iconic Hog Roast.

Cancellation policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for a private space, peak hours, group bookings or special occasion. If the reservation is cancelled, and more than 24 hours' notice is provided, we may be able to move the deposit onto a new date within 30 days of your original reservation date whereby you can re-book your experience/meal with us – subject to our availability. If the reservation is cancelled in less than 24 hours then the deposit will be forfeited.

Didn’t have food. Amazing atmosphere, we sat outside listening to the live music. Very busy so ordered table service on the QR code this was great speedy delivery of drinks . Fantastic vibe!!!

Went with a friend the other week and i would recommend the food as it was amazing. However the atmosphere was completely ruined as we overheard a server be dug into by someone i am guessing was management. The way that manager talked to that young man was awful and even after that he came to our table and gave the best service i have received in the city centre for a while. I can appreciate tough love but for that poor server to be dug into so loudly is just awful. Do better!!
