It's situated on King Street and was commissioned as an insurance company's prestigious office headquarters. Historically, King Street was Manchester's financial services capital and, although high-end shops have now moved in, it is still in the centre of the business district and home to a mix of financial, legal and other services organisations. The Greater Manchester area is England's largest economic area outside London. The BBC has moved to nearby Salford and there are several universities nearby.

Hayley, Hannah and the team really go out of their way to help your business and accommodate your day-to-day needs. We recently upgraded our IT in the server room and the 'Team' put themselves out to assist us achieve this over a weekend so as to ensure that our business week was not interrupted - excellent. To sum the team up in three words: flexible, resourceful and friendly.

In need of rental office space slap in the middle of the posh bit of Manchester (well King Street) this is the place. Slightly dated building, but very helpful staff and good facilities at a reasonable rate. Lots of options to choose over a series of floors. Worth considering.

Attended a training course here that was paid for by work Libby us impressive. Training room was good dized. Outside foyer provided space for drinks and lunch. Toilet facilities were limited
