March 2025I travelled from Birmingham to hear the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra play a concert here. The venue is well staffed and there is a welcoming feeling to the place. Very good refreshment facilities on each level. My seat was Left Circle Row M; an excellent view of the stage. The acoustics are second to none. There are numerous restaurants and eateries close by. Cloakroom facilities are available.

May 2025Great venue in the centre of Manchester.. New and modern facility with great access.... I went to see a concert here and really enjoyed the experience and the venue.. The staff were friendly and helpful.. A range of bars and cafes inside and ample toilet facilities.. Access for disabled to all levels by lift and stairs... Even though we were on the second level and my wife has mobility issues we didn't have any problems getting around.. Loved the balcony and the seats we were positioned for the show.. great view and fantastic sound.. I really enjoyed the venue and the atmosphere.. Again with it being in Manchester city centre no issues getting to and from the venue and as i was travelling by car plenty of parking options nearby..

May 2025Went to watch Post Modern Jukebox with my old man. We were sat at the back (only seats available, it was a popular show). We could see the lighting and sound engineers desks, so it felt like we were backstage. It was ace! The seats were excellent I'm tall 6'4, yet had plenty of room in front and to the sides. The sound was fantastic, I guess this is more about the engineers than the venue? We had the balconies above us but the view of the stage was uninterrupted and as I've already said, the sound was great. Had a bit of time to kill before the show started, everyone we interacted with was great, very friendly and welcoming. The cafe bit was very reasonably priced and the venue is lovely inside. The toilets were clean and fresh smelling, no issues at all. Great evening, great venue.

May 2025First time attending a concert at Bridgewater Hall and absolutely loved it. It's a great venue with great sound quality, and comfy seats with plenty of room. Drinks are a bit pricey but that's expected in any venue in a city. We say in the centre gallery and had an amazing view. Highly recommended.

April 2025Bridgewater concert hall is a superb hall for your ceremonies. I attended a graduation ceremony there and it was cool. Although, you would need stewards to help you with navigating the hall to your alloted seats. One thing I noticed which was a bit below par was the sound inside the hall; it wasn't as clear as the sound outside (hallway leading to the elevators). I think it could be looked into. Aside that, it's pretty spacious and well maintained.
