We were a walk-in on a late Saturday afternoon. Certainly not our first time there but one of best. Food was delicious (we ordered too much) and the service was lovely - just the right blend of helpfulness, friendliness and humour. Perfect.

Just had Sunday Lunch in TNQ - wow! The best roast in Manchester! Perfect crunchy roasties, beef cooked to perfection, and the best service! Finished with a whiskey flight & port! Paria & Shannon were so friendly and warm - it was like being served by friends! Thanks - we will be back! Kate & Julia (not a couple 🤣)

Went for lunch recently with my wife and teenage grandson. The menu offered a very reasonably priced lunch menu. We all ordered something different and every course was superb. I had the Slow-Cooked Beef Short Rib and it was delicious. We also had Butternut Squash Soup, Chicken, Pistachio & Smoked Bacon Terrine (which my grandson loved). The Roast Breast of Chicken was also delicious. Every dish was complex and flavoursome. The service was perfect with every dish explained. Can’t wait to return.

Stopped here for an early dinner for husband and I. It was very quiet but it was mid week so understandable. This didn’t bother us as the reviews I read were great. We were greeted immediately and warmly. We had nibbles of smoked almonds & truffle crisps as we waited for our choice off the menu which consisted of TNQ Roast Breast of Chicken and Roast Monkfish with a side of Smoked Butter Mash Potato. The food was delicious! There was a slow trickle of customers throughout and the restaurant was pleasant and atmospheric. Background music was perfect, which meant that we could hear each other but not other people’s conversations.
