My organisation used the Studio locations in Manchester and Birmingham recently. When I arrived on the first date at Manchester I discovered that an error at our end meant the wrong dates had been booked for both Manchester and Birmingham the next day - the horrible moment I realised I had 20 people traveling in for an event in less than an hour and no venue was awful! But the team just swept into action and accommodated us. Within a few minutes I was in the room plugging in my laptop, they had the room set and biscuits, snack packs, waters plus the fantastic hot and cold drink stations ready for my event. The chef pulled off a two course lunch plus cakes and cookies for the afternoon tea break for 20 people with no notice - and the food was excellent. Nothing was too much, all the team were happy, professional, friendly and accommodating. They even liaised with the Birmingham location on my behalf for the event the next day at that location to ensure we would be expected. This venue is great, close to Piccadilly station, modern, fresh, clean, equipped with all you need, but the real winner is the exemplary customer service. We will definitely be back!
