Victoria Warehouse is an event space like no other in the heart of Manchester.
Our heritage in the cotton trade has been a symbol of strength and innovation in the city for more than a hundred years. Now, we’re channelling that spirit into Manchester showmanship.
The historic nature and unconventional surroundings of Victoria Warehouse have inspired Britain’s greatest brands. Co-op, Topshop, Mini, Jaguar Landrover, Kellogg’s and Manchester United have all chosen us to deliver an eclectic mix of sports and music shows, parties, gala dinners, conferences and meetings. And the verdict was unanimous: we are the venue for enthralling events.
But it’s not just a venue. Victoria Warehouse is supported by a team that know two events are never the same. They work hand in hand with our clients to adapt the space for large and small-scale events alike. Victoria Warehouse can be anything you want it to be. The limit is your imagination.
New for 2023, The Tobacco Stores represent the epitome of innovation. Recently converted into two areas, the 1858sqm space is intertwined with exposed brickwork, floor-to-ceiling windows, original archways and ancient steel columns.
Built in 1925 as a storage warehouse, The Tobacco Stores spans over our largest space, The Cotton Sheds, and its landmark position offers landmark views over Old Trafford football ground.
Its two adjoining spaces can be cordoned off to differentiate activity and consists of a fully-integrated kitchen and extensive PA system including 20 giant projector screens. It’s vast size allows for myriad uses across day and night from team building, to private functions, to contemporary product launches.
The Tobacco Stores is legacy to Manchester manufacturing and craftsmanship and its exuberant architecture, alongside our creative event team, will help shape ambitious concepts to impress delegates and colleagues alike.

April 2025A decent music venue with lots of space and great audio throughout. There is a great view throughout the venue and plenty of facilities.

March 2025Attended a company event at Victoria Warehouse—overall, a good venue but with some drawbacks. The location is quite far from central Manchester and not the most convenient, though there is a bus stop nearby. The venue itself is huge, which is great for large events, but it wasn’t always clear where to go. The first hall felt quite cold as the heating wasn’t very effective. On the plus side, the toilets were clean and the hygiene in the place was good overall. The bar service was decent at first but unexpectedly stopped at one point, which was a bit frustrating. The food at the event was okay. With its industrial style and spacious layout, I imagine it would be an amazing place for a music event. For corporate gatherings, it works well but could use better heating for such a huge space.

March 2025Less than a mile from Old Trafford tram.stop. Quickly through a security check and inside. Lots of available toilets and clean. Plenty of bar staff and didn't wait long for a drink. Disappointed that upstairs was only available for VIPs. Excellent sound and able to stand comfortably with a clear view of the stage. Needs a area where you can buy food and maybe sit down. Overall a great experience.

April 2025We had the pre match hospitality there , very good. The food offer had three choices burger, curry, and pulled pork, tasted nice, but we were expecting more choice . The drinks menu was great, and the team was helpful and friendly. There was no food available after the game . The ambiance was very well done with a good atmosphere.

May 2025Went here as a warm up for a United game. There's a fine selection of beers and ciders provided but the drinks they served as well as the food weren't that great.
