highly recommend! after an initial issue with our booking, where the arrival time was changed unexpectedly and caused some understandable concern, i would like to acknowledge how well the situation was handled. shane contacted me directly and went above and beyond to resolve the issue, ensuring my son and his friend were still able to enjoy the birthday experience we had planned. from the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. our host, holly, was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout the session. she and the rest of the team made everyone feel welcome, including my daughter, who was not racing but was still made to feel included and comfortable. the karting experience itself was thoroughly enjoyed by the boys, not only was it fun but very informative and for my son who would like to get into karting - this was crucial. the overall organisation on the day was smooth and professional. the food was very good, which is always appreciated when visiting with children, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. what began as a challenging situation has resulted in a very positive outcome. we have now decided to move from rye house to daytona for my son’s ongoing practice sessions and will continue to support his development here and follow through when he is old enough and ready for junior race school. despite the initial confusion, the day turned out to be fantastic, and my son described it as the best birthday he could have had. thank you to shane, holly, and the entire team for turning the experience around and delivering such a memorable day. i would happily recommend daytona karting and have already booked our next session.

My son had his birthday party here over the weekend, and it was absolutely amazing! 🤩👏 All the staff were so kind and helpful, specially the hostess that was assigned to our group, nothing was ever too much trouble. From booking the venue to handling all my follow-up questions and requests, everything was handled perfectly. My son and his friends left happy, exhausted, and full of wonderful memories. 💚🎉

Had an amazing time at Daytona Racing Milton Keynes with my daughter! The track is slick and a little tricky in parts, which makes it exciting and keeps you on your toes. Great length for proper racing, and the karts are seriously fast. Staff were helpful and the whole experience was brilliant fun – we’ll definitely be back.

The staff here are very caring and professional, and the food is good. The facilities are okay, and the karts are fast (DMAX) with a nice track layout. However, the experience was completely ruined by the way rules and flags are enforced. On the day I went with a friend, there were several semi-pro racers present, and they were clearly given special treatment. Yellow flags meant nothing to them, they continued overtaking and driving at full racing speed. This is easy to prove by looking at the lap times: their average laps were quicker than most people’s best laps, despite numerous yellow flags. Meanwhile, I was given a black flag for an “unsafe release.” When I questioned this in the pit lane and explained that I had helmet camera footage proving I looked before re-joining and that the collision was caused by one of the semi-pros charging through at racing speed under yellow, the marshal just shrugged it off with “don’t shoot the messenger, I’m going by what the other marshal said.” I even caught the incident on video: I checked my left, the lane was clear, I exited safely, and then a semi-pro driver came flying at me without lifting, hit me, and then apologised (clearly knowing he was at fault). Instead of fair racing, it feels like the rules only apply to casual drivers while the “regulars” or semi-pros get free rein to do as they please. Sadly, this ruined my first visit to the track. It’s disappointing to see people acting like wannabe F1 drivers, with marshals enabling it. A lame and embarrassing experience overall.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS This was my first time karting and I arrived with positive vibes, excited to learn and enjoy. Unfortunately, the experience turned out very disappointing. Only about 5 minutes into a 20-minute practice session, I was removed from the track because they claimed I almost hit one of the marshals, which is completely false. I was simply learning the track and did spin out a few times, needing some help getting back on track, but I never came close to anyone. Instead of giving me guidance or another chance, they ended my session abruptly. It felt unfair and left a bad impression, especially for a first-time visitor. Would not recommend for beginners — better communication and fairer treatment would make a big difference. I also checked with the people there, the kart number would be shown on the board if needed to go into the pit. My kart number was NEVER on the board!
