Fabulous room and location. I eat in the restaurant first night and the menu didn’t really have anything I fancied so I just ordered the chicken wings. They were greasy and soggy so I left most of them. Waiter was very attentive. Plenty of decent restaurants very nearby so I ate out for the rest of the time. Lovely hotel. Beds extremely comfortable and I loved having six high quality pillows. Would stay again. Very convenient for train station.

I've stayed at the Leonardo in Milton Keynes before in its previous incarnation as Jury's.. This stay was much improved. The hotel was full due to an event nearby but the staff were patient and diligent. They even managed to do 'takeaway' style pizzas until midnight which was much appreciated. The hotel is easy to get to, but bizarrely there's nothing to do or see nearby before midday on a weekday. This isn't a reflection on the hotel, but on Milton Keynes itself. Well laid out roads, thousands of parked cars and absolutely no people. As a result of the experience of staying in this Leonardo, I've booked another one for my next trip.

The hotel is nice, have stayed at some other locations. Free wifi and paid parking on the street, lots of EV charging. In the room, The bath, had some hairs in it from a previous guest (didn't realise until the morning) and the air-con was alittle useless. But the beds where very clean and comfortable. And basic tea/coffee was in the room. Just wish as a upgraded room, would have a proper coffee machine. The breakfast, was a paid extra and was not the best for the money. Some of the food was overcooked ( or been under the lamps to long) and some parts had been finished but not restocked. This was at 8am. Would potentially stay again, but would not pay for the extras. But there is plenty of other nice chain hotels nearby as well to explore.

The Leonardo Hotel benefits from a desirable location and consistently upholds high cleanliness standards, offering comfortably sized accommodations. The staff and service are commendable. However, the absence of refrigerators in standard rooms, necessitating an upgrade to an executive room at an additional £60, warrants further review. Moreover, requesting a safety mat from reception raises questions regarding standard health and safety procedures. Additionally, the provision of in-room safes requires retrieval from the reception area. Despite these considerations, the breakfast service is of a high standard. Overall, the hotel provides a positive guest experience at a competitive price.

Have only been here for a few hours but already it does not live up to expectations for a Leonardo Hotel. No towels in bathroom. Shower so hot could not be adjusted so could not stand under the water. Reception is chaotic takes forever to get an answer on the phone when calling from the room. Very, very poor so far.
