My experience with Regus Newcastle was appalling. The management is incredibly incompetent, basic questions go unanswered, communication is slow or completely ignored, and when you do get a response it’s often vague or contradictory. The real issue came when we vacated the office. Despite leaving the space in good condition, they withheld our deposit and tried to charge a list of completely unsubstantiated costs with little explanation or evidence. It felt like they were just inventing charges to keep as much money as possible. Trying to get a clear answer or resolve anything was pointless, the same poor communication and lack of accountability continued. If you’re thinking about taking space there, do yourself a favour and avoid Regus Newcastle. There are plenty of better options. Save yourself the stress and just run.
