Cancellation policy
Cancellation within 60 days of the arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the total contracted revenue will apply. If the event/booking is cancelled within 30 to 14 days of the arrival date the Hotel’s cancellation policy is 95% on the contracted accommodation and room hire revenue and 70% on contracted food and beverage revenue. If cancellation is within 14 days then 100% of the contracted total revenue will be charged if facilities and related services are not re-sold. 21 Cancellations, postponements or partial cancellations, must be notified by the Client to the Hotel both verbally and in writing at which stage you will be advised of a cancellation reference number and an estimate of the cancellation charge. 22 The final cancellation charge will be advised to you after the intended date of the event, when the estimated cancellation charge will be reduced by the amount of equivalent business that we have been able to secure to replace your cancelled reservation.

Lovely venue for a golf break. Great staff, food, rooms and two challenging courses. Our group had a great time. Could do with a few more direction arrows on the courses and maybe even a few hole pictures showing the water hazards clearly.

Lovely stay here. Beautiful surrounding. Room was large and adequate and shower was fantastic. The real difference was the amazing quality of the food and the staff. The receptionist although run off her feet when we arrived with a large contingency of europeans trying to check in was cheerful and helpful. Must single out firstly Ryan the restuarant manager - here is a man that loves his job and it clearly shows as the restaurant ran smoothly when he was in (not so when he wasn't as it was very slow) and he managed everything with ease. Secondly, the chefs - able to cater for an intolerance without a drama, food was exceptional (pork belly & the chicken were delicious) but it was the pastry chef with the deserts that had my husband waxing lyrical. So good!

We had a 3 night stay. All the staff without exception were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good, the food in the sports bar was very nice. Hotel was clean and well organised. The quiet location suited us. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

Lovely weekend away! The hotel is amazing and the staff go above and beyond. We stayed for 1 night only, but it was great to see that they have plenty of facilities to stay longer. The hotel has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, but is also very close to Norwich, so it's perfect to enjoy the city and relax back at the hotel. Sharon, Sophie and Morgan were amazing and made sure we were very well looked after. Also Pete made sure we had everything set for the birthday celebration. For sure will be recommending the hotel and returning in the future.

I called to book because we needed to know about accessibility. We were told that the bathroom would not have level access, but we could be given a ground floor room and that was all fine. My husband was unable yo get into the sports bar (all steps), he would not have been able to access the pool or changing rooms and his scooter got lodged on a step to get into the corridor where our room was. The scooter had to be lifted over. Had we have known all this, we would not have booked and we certainly cannot recommend to anyone with mobility problems. On the plus side, bar staff, spa staff, and golf shop staff were all excellent. Spa was lovely for me. Room was nice (once we got in!) Food was delicious.
