Our Presidential Suite is ideal for numbers between 50 and 90 guests and also has its own private entrance and facilities plus this leads on to the private walled garden for you to use for your photographs.
If you are looking for an intimate wedding the Club Room can hold anything from 10 to 50 guests for a sit down meal.

Nice room that felt like it had been done up recently. Well appointed, and the slippers and robes are a nice touch. Breakfast is buffet style. Staff have been pleasant throughout our stay.

Just returned from a 5 day coach tour break, couldnt fault this hotel at all, breakfast was great, with good choices, food replenished quickly at the serveries, staff were all pleasant and discreet. Evening meals, were excellent....spotlessly clean, would recommend to anyone.

I went to Mercure hotel Norwich with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back! I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning. All staff where really great especially Abby who was the main receptionist at the time of stay.

Good customer service provided by the ladies at the reception and the restaurant. No socket to plug your device near your bed in the room we booked. Don't know if this applies to other rooms. Would have loved to have sockets near your bed for convenience.
