Spent 3 nights here with my mother, we had come to Norwich to visit family. Staff were pleasant, rooms were clean and perfect for us. Shower was nice and hot. Evening meal was lovely-we had lamb followed by eton mess. Breakfast was great-self service with plenty of choice. The building was large and beautifully decorated. Gorgeous chesterfield seating in lots of rooms. We had a back massage which was lovely, we didn’t go in the pool but sit around taking it all in. We had a brilliant time. Thank you ☺️

The hotel is just great. It is my idea of old world style. The staff in the bar and restaurant are great at what they do. Marie, Georgia, and Lucy made dinner a wonderful experience. Anyone who finds their way to this hotel is lucky. Anyone who dines or tips a pint in the restaurant and bar is going to have a great time indeed.
