Dovecote Events (Barn & Tipi Venue)

Our wedding at Dovecote was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we first visited, we were blown away by the stunning setting, the well-kept grounds, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Mel and the team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly, nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail was outstanding. On the day itself, the venue looked magical. Our guests were full of compliments about the beautiful spaces, the seamless organisation, and the fantastic service. The food was superb, the staff were professional and friendly, and the entire experience felt effortless. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a more perfect place to celebrate our day. Dovecote will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we would recommend it to any couple looking for a breathtaking, well-run, and unforgettable wedding venue. Dovecote Events, wow what can I even say! Not only is the venue STUNNING! The team, communication and overall service was amazing! The whole team within Dovecote were fabulous but in particular we predominantly dealt with Lauren and she was a dream! Last min issues she took over and resolved and made the day seamless. We had so many compliments on the venue from our wedding guests and it’s a great place with the ability to add little personal touches everywhere. The food was delicious! We chose the sharing boards and they were perfect. I honestly could not recommend Dovecote anymore. They truly are a fabulous team and place!

Just incredible! It was the first venue we visited after getting engaged, but told ourselves we needed to view more before we make a decision, but ultimately we knew it was where we wanted to tie the knot as soon as we saw it, we fell in love with Dovecote! Absolutely stunning from Barn to tipi and in between. The team were so friendly and welcoming and always went out of their way to assist us, Lauren and Mel did an amazing job throughout, from initial booking to the wedding day itself. There were a a few hiccups and miscommunication’s but were resolved efficiently and effectively. Everything else went smoothly on the day and was so well organised thanks to the whole team. The food was insanely good and we’ve not stopped having compliments from our friends and family about the sharing boards! Everyone had such a wonderful time. It was the perfect place to be able to customise it to suit our alternative personalities, but also simply stunning enough that we didn’t need to over do it either, it was the most beautiful, dreamy wedding space. Would 10/10 recommend this venue, for small or large, simple or eccentric! The team will be behind you and support you 100%! Thank you so much to Dovecote for giving us the most incredible wedding day, we’ll never forget it and probably never stop talking about it!
