Lucy at Chozen was super patient with us as we didn't have a clue what we wanted. She spent time understanding our likes and advised exceptionally well. Food was cooked perfect and was very tasty

I stopped at Roadchef Watford Gap on my way down the M1 and overall it was a good motorway stop for food, fuel and a quick break. The location is convenient and easy to access, with plenty of parking and a range of places to grab a coffee, snack or something more substantial. The dining options and shops are varied enough for a service station — you can find a Costa Coffee, McDonald’s and other outlets which offer a decent choice of refreshments. The toilets and seating areas were generally kept clean and functional, and the staff in the food outlets were courteous. My only small issues were a few crowds during peak travel times and the usual service station prices — not cheap, but that’s expected on the motorway. Despite that, it’s a pleasant and practical place to break up a long drive. Would stop again.

great stop over. Quite pricey knick-knacks but plenty to pick to keep your journey going. Toilets available and polite, friendly staff.. toot toot!
