This centre is in a prime position on Pavilion Drive in Northampton's premier business park alongside the corporate offices of some of the world's largest financial companies. There are superb views from the offices at the rear of the building, which overlooks the nearby Delapre Park and golf course. Northampton is one of the largest towns in the centre of England. It has excellent road and rail links and a vibrant community for both business and leisure. In the past it was a major centre for shoemaking and other leather industries but only a few specialist companies survive in this sector today. Northampton's main private-sector employers are now in distribution and finance. The university is another major employer. In recent years there has been a significant investment in regeneration projects in the town, including waterside developments, road and leisure projects and a facelift for Northampton's famous market square.

It's great. Clean. Tidy. Nice offices. Good people about the place. The staff are really good and try to sort any issues out as quickly as possible. Always friendly and keen to help.

The staff are professional and friendly. Having access to great amenities like meeting rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and shared kitchen space has made workdays much easier. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a flexible, professional workspace!

Probably a good place to work but rubbish as a visitor. You have to download an app to pay and park, the WiFi in the area is very slow. If you visit once it's an awful waste of time and puts you in a foul mood when you arrive. When you are visiting there this is something they should advise you about. But up to two hours should be free. Really bad experience for my first and only visit to this estate

AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!! (Update below...) This centre is an absolute disgrace and shambles! We, regrettably, entered into a lease at the beginning of September and I only wish we'd read these reviews first! The staff lie about virtually everything and then the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced in my life. We still don't have Wi-Fi, can't print or connect the TV or have customers around. They lied about the invoicing and then blamed the staff member being too new/junior! Don't put them in that position if they are that clueless, or are actually just liars! The staff are now ignoring us and telling us to communicate via the app. I've been in business 30 years and this is by far the worst decision I've ever made! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! Find another office, or you'll 1 million percent regret it! If I could give minus stars I would! Toilets also stink, dirty kitchens and security doors that don't lock (in the corridors), so we're expecting to be robbed in the very near future! I'm currently seeking legal advice to get out of this place! 23-Sep-25 - Update (following the response (after 5 days) from Regus)... They have now replied telling me to open a ticket in the app. I've done this several times and just get an automated email with no further action. The reply pretty much sums up the service at the centre. I've attached my latest submission, before today's...I guarantee there will be no reply again. Shocking Regus, sort it out!
