Situated near the historic market town of Market Harborough, the Woodlands is nestled inside the Hothorpe Estate, offering an abundance of natural light, idyllic views, and configurable spaces. The Woodlands offers a unique and enchanting forest setting surrounded by nature. Enjoy exclusive use of The Woodlands’ full facilities and accommodation, catering from 20 - 200 people. Surrounded by mature woods, grassy banks and rich planting provides ample space to enjoy team building activities, al fresco dining and relaxation.
The Woodlands venue is divided into three adaptable event spaces, offering choice in where you meet, eat and relax. Woodlands 2 can fit up to 80 people. It's great for smaller parties, corporate events, conferences, and more.
AV, air conditioning and Superfast WiFi come as standard at The Woodlands. Large sliding external doors allow you to make the most of the fresh countryside air during your event, come rain or shine.

Another company that claims to care about the customer but does not put this into practice. We have been given false information multiple times in relation to booking an event here, both times relating to trying to extract more money out of us than was due. Despite significant extenuating circumstances little was done or offered to help our situation but they made sure to repeat how sorry they felt for us. Very cold and calculating business practices with information hidden or misrepresented at critical points. Think twice before you book an event here that means something to you dearly.
