Over 2 years ago, we got married at this location. The day was perfect. The staff were helpful throughout the planning process and the day itself went without issue. 2 years later, we came back, now with our son, for our 2 year Anniversary. Again, the staff were extremely professional, the food was worth more than what they charged, and, to help us celebrate, some items were made free for us. I cannot say just how amazing every aspect of the Woodland Manor Hotel is and the staff are amazing

Excellent hotel to eat and stay. Xmas party was brilliant. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was the tiles in Bathroom of room 16, around Bath had blow and a small leak coming from bath screen onto floor. Nothing major. Will definitely come back again. Also, they except cash too 🥳 another reason to come here. 4 Stars!!!!

My wife and I her plus her two sisters visited Woodland Manor Hotel for the first time last night for their New Year's Eve Masquerade Dinner Dance - we didn't take up the option of booking a room as we live reasonably local. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience: the food (pre ordered from a set menu) was good (reasonable portion sizes, hot, tasty), the event was well organised and the service was excellent. Feel sure that we will return again during 2026.
