Great friendly service I was stranded in town late at night on my own and was struggling to get a taxi in the rain! The door men invited me in to keep warm and the staff called me a taxi and let me charge my phone ensuring I got home safely. Great work team, very reassuring as a woman that people do still help. Lovey casino aswell had many a good night in there over the years, thanks again Nat

Blatantly racist and unprofessional management. Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything this disgusting. We showed up with our Indian driving licenses which every other casino accepts and were treated like absolute garbage. First, the guy at the reception said my ID was fine but my boyfriend’s wasn’t because “it’s a newer one and not in the system.” Fine. We literally rushed back home to grab another form of ID, only to return and suddenly my ID wasn’t okay either. And guess what? Now both the manager (a rude, dismissive woman) and the same receptionist completely denied ever saying what they did earlier. Just straight up lying to our faces. The way they handled the whole situation was shady, insulting, and completely unprofessional. If you’re not white, don’t bother going. Just pathetic. Wasted our time
