Located in Nottingham, Bestwood Lodge Hotel is steeped in history and set in 700 acres of beautiful parkland, making it the perfect backdrop for your special day. We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies in a number of places across the hotel, from the grand ballroom to the Lodge’s own chapel suite. From large parties of over 100 guests to a smaller, more intimate celebration, Bestwood Lodge has the perfect location for you.
We have a number of wedding packages that you can choose from but we recommend that you come to the hotel and see the facilities for yourself. Very lovely place especially enjoyed the sunny terrace. Don't have to be a guest to order food / drink. Menu prices are good, not very expensive. It is located in a park, which is great for walks after a meal or smth . Staff were friendly and polite.

Just had afternoon tea at Bestwood Lodge for a friends birthday. Lovely food and when booked advised one of the group didn't like mustard so condiments to one side in ramekins for us to add as much or as little as we wanted. Lovely surroundings and able to have a conversation without loud music. Definitely recommend and would go again.

Excellent service. When checking in we were warned about noise from a wedding till 10.30. Once in the room I couldn’t relax due to the noise. When speaking to reception our room was changed quickly to one away from the function. Great service. However the building itself could do with a lot of care. Decor is tired and scruffy and carpets are dirty. Great staff ok venue.
