Located on High Pavement, our beautiful Grade II listed venue offers four unique private hire areas for every occasion.

The Altar:
A semi-private space situated directly beneath our iconic stained-glass window — a mesmerising feature sure to leave a lasting impression.
Perfect for intimate events and only requires a card verification to confirm your booking.

The Mezzanine:
An impressive setting with classic charm, overlooking the main bar and framed by stunning architecture.
Ideal for larger parties and events that deserve something extra special, offering 360° views of the venue.
This area can be split across two sides for private hire — one side accommodating large sit-down meals, and the other ideal for buffet-style dining with a private bar.

The Terrace Bar:
An adaptable indoor space suited for all occasions, from meetings to large-scale summer socials.
Features French doors that open to connect the interior with a section of our garden for exclusive guest use.
Fully air-conditioned and ideal for private entertainment or music.
Its glass exterior offers a bright, modern atmosphere — flooded with natural light by day and illuminated by the garden’s sparkle in the evening.

Our beautiful Terrace Bar is available for private hire for parties of 40 to 80 guests, ideal for drinks, meetings, and buffet-style dining. Its glass exterior gives the space a modern and fresh feel, flooded with natural light during the day and reflecting the twinkling garden lights in the evening.

One of Pitcher & Piano Nottingham's newest assets, this space is fully private with a large private bar and a section of the garden included in your hire. French doors slide open to connect the indoor and outdoor areas, perfect for the summer months. The Terrace is air-conditioned and versatile, complementing bookings of every variety.

The space is excellent for presentations and training days, with AV and meeting packages available, plus a sound system that allows guests to play their own music or bring in entertainment to get the party started.

This space is undoubtedly your go-to for both corporate and intimate parties. Our Terrace Bar and outdoor area are licensed to remain open until 23:00, but we’re happy to allocate you an area in our main venue to keep the party going at no additional charge.
