Lovely showers and bed, helpful service. Breakfast was ok but very repetitive. Only pain points are no fridge in room, and power socket so far away from bed. Good for business trip to Sherwood business park.

Really beautiful place, the rooms are beautifully decorated. The hotel itself looks amazing. However....... The bed was that hard, that we had to check out early as we couldn't sleep on the bed. That is the only thing that let it down. After checking out at 3am I didn't even get an apology.

The welcome arrival was dismissive and rude. No smile. Told us to wait as check in wasn’t until 2pm. We paid for early check in. No response. Ask reception to move our afternoon to later and had to sort it ourselves. Was shocked at this point to the staff. Got to room, felt like -5 degrees. Popped into shower. No shampoo and conditioner. Called reception and said they only provide shower and use that!! I said can you send some up and said don’t provide in hotel!!! Haha and to top it off there are no shops so had to leave the hotel to go to the shop. I feel so deflated with our trip away as a couple ( 4 children at home) to enjoy a little time to relax. But when meet with the most rudest staff I had no words.
