The Hub is a friendly, no pressure environment with a truly supportive atmosphere. No matter what your goal is you will get the help you need to achieve. Jack is a fantastic trainer, he knows how to get the most out of a session. He's great at reading the room and changing up an excersise or encouraging people to push that bit harder. I have benefitted so much from the classes I feel physically stronger, my body shape is much better and i have a much more positive mental state in general. I have always enjoyed sport and training and after having my son a year and a half ago, i was nervous to get back to exercising. The hub is a little retreat for me to spend a couple of hours a week. I feel motivated and just so much happier in all aspects of my life. Thank you Jack.
