Courtyard By Marriott Oxford City Centre

We enjoyed our three-night stay at this hotel. It was perfectly situated within walking distance from the train station - which was fabulous since upon our arrival in Oxford it was raining. The hotel is also well-situated for walking around the Oxford city center. The room itself was always clean and there was plenty of space with our King bed room. The shower was also great and had lots of space compared to other hotels on our vacation. Having a fridge, cloak hooks, and mirrors with outlets nearby outside the bathroom were nice touches we appreciated. Quiet stay and friendly, helpful staff. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location for the castle and the local shopping mall. Clean, spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. Coffee machine and tea in the room. Nice free breakfast. Very quick access to shopping and restaurants. My room had a lovely castle view! Staff was knowledgeable and very polite. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights this past month. Booked the hotel on Marriott points. Location is excellent. The whole city is walkable so it's not far to walk to the city center. Within a 5 min walk is a large mall area with many restaurants. We somehow ended up in a handicap accessible room, which made the room extra spacious. It was the largest room we ended up staying at during our whole trip to Europe. This also led to the bathroom being huge as well. The room was clean and comfortable. It also has great air conditioning. Our room was cold just the way I like it! The only complaint would be that the elevators were small and there was only 1 working so it took awhile to get up and down from the room but that is a minor issue. There was a small restaurant area that served breakfast and dinner, but we did not eat there at all. Highly recommend a stay here.
