I have now been a member of the Health Club at Cams Hall Estate for two months and I can honestly say that I am so happy I made the decision to join, it is without question the best gym I have ever attended. I simply cannot fault anything. From the friendly staff & trainers, the quality of the classes and gym equipment, and the standard of cleanliness of the facilities, the whole place exudes quality and professionalism. Additionally, the other members have been really welcoming and made me feel as if I had known them all for ages! This is a very special and unique place and I highly recommend it to anyone considering taking up membership.

What an amazing location. So peaceful with good, well priced food and drinks and friendly staff. I haven't played the course yet, but it looks amazing. The pool and spa are clean, as are the dressing rooms. A delightful place, well worth a visit and you don't need to be a member to eat and drink.

Great cafe and bar facility. Nice, quiet gym. Spa facilities are good if a little unreliable and the changing rooms need looking after as the showers are showing some mould.

I would just like to state that the below review is for the club lounge not the actual health club. All the pool, spa and golf facilities are fantastic along with the staff.. the lounge sadly has let that down as explained below: My wife and I are regular visitors to the club lounge and usually enjoy the food and atmosphere—it’s one of the reasons we became members. However, today’s experience was so poor that I felt compelled to leave a review. Despite the lounge being quiet, we waited far longer than expected for our food. When it finally arrived, one of the dishes was incorrect, and all of them were served cold. I had previously asked about when the food would arrive and was told "oh it might be waiting".. when it shortly arrived afterwards she said 'oh yes it was waiting up there" and laughed. We had chosen the tapas menu at £15 per person, which turned out to be a real letdown. Everything tasted like it came straight out of the freezer—something you'd expect from Iceland, not a premium club charging membership fees and premium prices. It’s such a shame, as the lounge is usually a lovely place to unwind, but this visit left us very disappointed. We hope this was a one-off, but given the quality and service today, we’ll be thinking twice before ordering food again.
