About Venue
The Northern Irish capital’s repurposed maritime hub has a three-pronged events offer. On the top floor of the strikingly contemporary Titanic Belfast building, the Titanic Suites look out to the slipways and lough where the famous ship was built and launched. Inside too, it draws inspiration from the White Star Liner, with plush interiors centred around a replica of its Grand Staircase. Close by, SS Nomadic is an original quarter-sized sister to the Titanic that immerses dining groups in a period White Star experience, while the 6,000sq m Titanic Exhibition Centre is a thoroughly modern host of large-scale exhibitions. Both of Belfast’s airports are within a half-hour transfer of all three, and a Titanic Hotel is promised for September 2017.

Simply fantastic and sad. Despite learning and watching films and documentary there is so much to learn here about not only the Titanic but about ship building and Ireland's economy, politics, whisky and cigarettes in general. The stories are told through images, audio-visuals, words, voices of interviews with survivors. The buildup, the grand launch, hours before sinking, post-sinking and the aftermath, key people involved, safety aspect and lessons learned. The names of the survivors and the people that are gone. We ended up spending 4 hours and towards the end it gets very sad and poignant. Our 13 year old, took in a lot but also equally wanted to move onto to the next thing. He isn't a fan of museums just like I wasn't at that age. The place was pretty full and despite having tickets booked for the 12:20 slot, there was a big queuing up and about a 10 mins wait. Next time if possible I would find a weekday to go back when it is quieter as there is just so much. Highly recommend!

Really great exhibition. Highly recommend it. Was VERY busy when we went which ruined it a little as we couldn't read a lot of the plaques. Would suggest getting the audio guide if you visit during busy periods. We visited for opening (10am) on a Monday morning.

Incredible, moving, informative and historical. What a wonderful exhibit and history lesson of the most infamous cruise ship in history, Titanic. From arrival you are met by the beautiful metal star shaped building rising into the air, like the bow of the ship. On entering the building you are met by the Titanic staff members like Stella, whom we met during the tour and her enthusiasm and information she provided us with was extremely helpful both here and at the Titanic Hotel, reviewed separately. I had been on the tour last shortly after the museum had opened some years back, but the additions since are both breathtaking and heartbreaking. Go and see this magnificent exhibition, it is a must when visiting the great city of Belfast.

Titanic Belfast – A Must-Visit Experience Yesterday I had the chance to explore Titanic Belfast, and I have to say it was one of the highlights of my trip. The moment you see the building itself, you get a sense of how special the place is – its striking design instantly makes you feel connected to the story of the Titanic. Inside, the atmosphere is both grand and moving. The exhibitions take you on a journey from Belfast’s shipbuilding history to the creation and tragic voyage of the Titanic. I really liked how immersive everything was – it’s not just about reading facts, but actually experiencing the story through interactive displays, visuals, and sounds. What stood out most to me was how the museum balances history with emotion. You learn about the engineering brilliance behind the ship, but you also feel the human stories that make the Titanic so iconic. It’s educational, emotional, and beautifully presented. For anyone visiting Belfast, I’d definitely call this a must-visit attraction. Whether you’re passionate about history, curious about the Titanic, or just want a unique experience in the city, Titanic Belfast is worth every minute. It’s more than a museum – it’s a journey through time and atmosphere that stays with you long after you leave.

Visited on Saturday which I am guessing is the busiest as it was packed. A very informative and interesting exhibition which spans from before the Titanic was built and every step of the way until present day. The ride was a great idea and the gift shop was large and full of stock. The experience was sobering at times but it is important to remember all involved in this historic tragedy.
