Draycote Hotel offers 5 versatile conference spaces, suitable for meetings for 2 people, through to receptions for up to 250 people. Our 49 bedrooms are ideal for residential conferences, and nearby links to the M1 and M6 makes it an ideal location for delegates to meet. Rugby Station is a 15 minute drive, with direct travel to London and Manchester. Birmingham Airport is just a 20 mile journey.
Our range of hospitality packages offer something for all requirements, with working lunches through to premium banqueting. Flexible room layouts means there's is a room to suit everyone. Our largest room, the Phoenix Suite, can be transformed into smaller breakout rooms, meaning organisers can plan their whole event in one space.
Give our Toptracer driving range a go - perfect for golfers of all abilities, the range offers interactive mini games as well as ball tracking technology. For experienced golfers, try our 18-hole championship golf course. Our bar and restaurant serves food all day.
The Phoenix Suite is our most spacious room at Draycote Hotel, with capacity for up to 250 guests. Not only is it a licensed civil ceremony space for up 140 guests, it is ideal for conferences, meetings, and exhibitions. The Phoenix Suite also divides off into smaller breakout rooms, meaning organisers can host their whole event in one space while still having the flexibility to meet your requirements. The high ceilings and modern beams create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the room also offers natural lighting, private bathrooms, and air conditioning.

What a lovely find on booking.com for my overnight stay for work purposes. I didn't eat here because I'd eaten on route due to my work load but was greeted with a friendly receptionist & very welcoming. The room is big and a huge TV which is perfect because normally a box standard TV in other establishmentd I use. There was a note in my room that the ground floor is currently being refurbished. So, I'll definitely revisit to see . It was also lovely and quiet stay .

Not my first time here. The staff are very helpful, the venue always seems nice and clean. On this occasion I did not use the residential facilities as I was attending a wake. But I'd recommend this hotel yo anyone from out of town visiting the locale. M Clarke Rugby, Warwickshire August 2025

Good rooms but need some updating, probably not better than a premier inn. The lobby and restaurant and bar area are 4 star but the rooms are 2 star.
