Vale Country Club, Exclusive Hire

Had our big day yesterday and everything was perfect! The venue was beautiful and Anna was just fantastic! Nothing was too much of an ask and anything i needed was catered for from vegn and gluten free meals to a completely different meal for children on there on the night! The whole team were absolute professionals, friendly, welcoming and the two ladies behind the bar were fantastic, every aingle guest that came couldnt believe how beautiful the venuw is, thw room we had for the night was amazing, four poster bed, huge bathroom and so comfortable! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything and making my dream day a reality x

We got married here in August 2025 and it was just amazing! Anna was super helpful throughout the entire process and the day was perfect! I would highly recommend as they also provided decorations so we had one less thing to worry about. We were able to have an outdoor ceremony which was perfect, but the inside option also has gorgeous views out the big windows. We also stayed in one of the rooms, super comfy bed and spacious enough for our two year old to have a cot, which they also provided. There’s also enough places nearby for family to stay. 10/10, 5 stars, perfect!

We had the joy of being married at Vale Country Club on the 14th June 2025. You'll call us bias for saying it was the perfect venue, so don't just take our word for it. We lost count of the amount of guests who came up to us to say it was the best wedding venue they have ever been to, which as the Bride and Groom is the most wonderful thing to hear. Anna has been the most incredible support we could hope for in the lead-up to our big day, always available at the end of the phone, there are no silly questions or requests. Of course the venue itself is stunning, and you'll be hard pushed to find another like it for miles around, but that was only part of our reason to secure this wonderful venue, Anna and the team are one in a million, and knowing they would be there to coordinate the day was extremely reassuring. We had multiple sit-down meetings with Anna, after which she updated our custom wedding plan containing numbers and prices. This really helped us in the planning process. We found there to be great flexibility when it came to our wants for the day, including a very specific ceremony with live music and singing. The day before the wedding was made extremely stress free with the help of the Vale Country Club team, they helped us dress the tables and set out the chairs, and were available for us to ask any questions, they even let in our musicians after closing time to set-up wiring, a level of flexibility that was seriously appreciated. The food is all prepared freshly in-house and our guests with dietary requirements were very well looked after, with custom tailored menus for each of them. Thank you to all of the team for making our wedding day so perfect, we'd recommend anyone to simply book in for a visit, we promise you'll be just as blown away as we were.
