**Event Cancellation Policy** * Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date: 100% of the contract spend will be refunded. * Cancellations made 60 to 89 days before the event date: 75% of the contract spend will be refunded. * Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before the event date: 50% of the contract spend will be refunded. * Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date: No refund will be provided.
