A refundable £1,000 security deposit is required for all bookings and will be returned in full provided no damage occurs during your stay.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, spacious venue for a group getaway, I highly recommend booking in at Howgills House. The house is just gorgeous, so many beautiful bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and the hot tubs / outside areas are incredible. We had the best girls weekend away and as well as spending many hours in the hot tubs (which face out onto the most stunning views) we hired in catering (lakes catering company) for one night which was fantastic and so reasonable. Everything has been so well thought out at this accommodation and we’ll absolutely be going back. Thank you Nigel and the team! :)

Booked Howgills House for a work event for 2 nights. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. The location is fantastic with beautiful views over the countryside, especially from the hot tubs. The decor is very tasteful and the communal spaces were flexible and great for a large group. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had a great stay.
