Delightful experience from start to finish. The location made it an even better and enjoyable experience, it was located in a safe residential area. The room was clean and spacious, with lovely views. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a restful stay. The staff were very welcoming, and genuinely attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient. A special mention to Lisa, from the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She took the time to make sure I felt comfortable, answered all my questions, and handled everything with a genuinely friendly attitude. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to relax.

Thank you Lisa for making this stay really magical! She made the whole booking and stay seamless and stress free and was incredibly friendly on arrival. The room and hotel were also amazing! The only thing is that the heating wasn’t working in our room but we were provided with electric heaters in their place.

Our stay at Kenwood was fantastic. We were treated fantastically upon arrival and throughout the whole weekend by Nicky. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was lovely, breakfast was great and the hotel was in a perfect location for our weekend activities in Sheffield. Would not recommend more for the value. Nicky was superb!

I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful building. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the amenities provided everything I needed for a short visit. My room was comfortable and well-presented—just a couple of minor niggles, but nothing that took away from the experience. I think that is to be expected anywhere you go. I appreciated the 24-hour gym, which is perfect for fitting in a quick workout at any time of day. Any questions or requests I had were handled quickly and efficiently by the team. A special thank you to Tiffany, who was particularly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a short stay in a beautiful location with excellent service, this is the place to be.

It was our first time here in Sheffield and staying at Mercure Kenwood Hotel and Spa made our holiday really special. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team, Ellise and Nicky, made the experience special. They were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations throughout our stay. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, making it the perfect space to relax. The spa facilities were another highlight — everything was well-kept, modern, and calming. We booked a massage which was excellent, and we left feeling completely refreshed. The pool, sauna, and relaxation areas added to the overall sense of luxury. Dining was also a great experience. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options, and the restaurant in the evening offered delicious meals in a lovely atmosphere. Overall, this hotel and spa exceeded my expectations. The professionalism and kindness of the staff, especially the front desk team, truly made my stay memorable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
