First time staying in a Leonardo in Sheff but wow it exceeded all expectation, the receptionist whom I wish I’d of gotten the name of was A1, super friendly, super helpful and really helped make our stay more enjoyable, to the point we booked an extra night! The hotel as a whole was absolutely SPOTLESS and the rooms so spacious! I cannot big this place up anymore than I have and it’s all true. We look forward to coming back again in the near future and we will 100% be staying here!!! Thank you so much Leonardo for a fantastic stay!! (12/07/2025-14/07/2025)

I was able to check in over an hour and a half early. The room was a very good size. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, so much choice, including bagels, crumpets, fry up, fruit salad, all the cereals and toppings you'd want.

Great professional reception staff who provide a great start to our stay . Room warm and cosy and both the room and the bathroom were spotless. Breakfast is also superb with plenty of choice and fresh produce. Situation of the hotel is perfect for all the city has to offer.

Stayed for 1 night with family (in 2 separate rooms) for the Sheffield 10k. Room 532 was spacious, well-equipped, clean and the bed was so comfy! Staff were friendly and represented the hotel well. Bar area was very nice. A massive plus for me personally was that rooms can be accessed by stairs! Sounds silly to some, but I suffer from extreme claustrophobia and cannot step inside a lift. Will definitely stay here again

Stayed for couple of nights with Family over Bank Holiday weekend. Staff were friendly, Decent breakfast. Standard Rooms neat and tidy. Best part was the location - right in the city centre with close proximity to Moor Street and Food joints. Hotel does have a car park in the basement however for some reasons it was only accessible from outside the hotel. Only thing which I think can be added to improve Customer experience is water bottles in Standard rooms. May be something for the management to consider during summer times.
