In the unfortunate circumstances that you need to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking you must tell us by telephone and confirm in writing within 3 working days. Total Cancellation by you in the event that you need to cancel or postpone your entire booking the following cancellation charges will be levied: Over 121 days before the first day of the Event: 25% of the Booking Value; 91-120 days before the first day of the Event: 50% of the Booking Value; 32-90 days before the first day of the Event: 75% of the Booking Value; 31 days or less before the first day of the Event: 100% of the Booking Value

The afternoon was a great Experience The OEC is a beautiful place from start to finish couldn't fault it. First time going can't wait for the next one .The DJ was fun played all request . Food was exceptional Would recommend for any occasion.

Attended the "80's" event here 12th April, which included food and entertainment. Would give a solid 4 stars 🌟 for the food, it was good. The staff, from bar, table and reception were excellent, a credit to the location 👏, a solid 5 stars 🌟. Now the moans:- The music was too loud whilst the food was being served, we couldn't have a normal conversation. The entertainment "Reload" - what can I say, absolutely awful, totally spoilt our evening and expectations. Their singing was so poor, they shouted their way through a montage of 80's songs, out of tune. We were really looking forward to a good night, some great 80's tunes and a dance with friends. Instead we all came away just after 11pm when "Reload" came on for the second set. Would return to the OEC, but never again if "Reload" are the entertainment. Not sure who is responsible for booking the entertainment, but these were shocking. One of our party had already experienced "Reload" and she said, before they came on, that they were poor, how right she was!
