As a visitor here the place is clean, presentable, looks professional and seems to have multiple businesses here. The staff we have met so far have all been very welcoming and helpful. We visit one of the businesses based here and so have enjoyed the use of the facilities here. As for renting space here, your guess is as good as mine. As a visitor, 5* all the way so far. They have parking, kitchen areas, toilets, lifts, they appear to be disability friendly, they also have reception and waiting areas. Hope this helps, will add more info as I come across it.
