We are proud to serve Allpress Espresso - expertly making all of your cafe favourites from cappuccino to flat white and some gorgeous seasonal specials. Dip into The Clubhouse before the start of your meeting, during break times, for a breakout session - whenever you like. The Clubhouse is also available for private hire too!

The Courtyard at Victoria Sheffield is a spacious private outdoor area designed for alfresco events with plenty of character. Surrounded by reclaimed brick, green planting and star jasmine, it offers a secure and self-contained setting that feels both open and intimate. With its own pedestrian entrance and vehicle access, it’s practical for all sorts of gatherings, from outdoor dining to team activities and summer parties.
At the heart of The Courtyard is The Big Grill, a custom-built fire kitchen, alongside a dedicated cocktail bar that keeps the atmosphere lively. Whether it’s a relaxed daytime social or an evening celebration under the lights, this space is all about bringing people together in the fresh air.

Cancellation policy
The Victoria Terms and Conditions - Day / Meetings Your non-refundable deposit payment confirms your understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions below: Bookings & Cancellations A deposit is required to secure your booking. Your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable to alternate dates at The Victoria's discretion with 21 days' notice. Transferred deposits must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original event and cannot be postponed more than once. If a rescheduled date is postponed, a new deposit is required. December bookings are non-transferable within 2 months of the event. Final guest numbers and dietary requirements for lunch must be confirmed 7 days before the event. An invoice will be issued, due on the event day. No refunds for changes in guest numbers within 7 days of the event. Cancelling within 7 days incurs a charge of 100% of the final bill, including lunch. External catering or collection of pre-ordered food/drinks cannot be provided for cancelled events. Costs for hire are subject to change; bookings over a year in advance may differ in prices. The Victoria reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time, and all payments are non-refundable. Your booking cannot be re-sold or transferred to a third party. Only authorised personnel may make bookings; unknown parties will be stopped from entering the venue. Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. Private dining and Wedding cancellation policy below Cancellations • In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, the cancellation must be approved by The Victoria and agreed upon by both parties. The first deposit payment is not refundable. • Should you be forced to postpone your booked date, the original deposit may be transferred to another date (subject to availability) within 3 months of the original date, on the condition that The Victoria is successful in selling the original date for another wedding of the same value. Only one transfer is permitted. • If a client cancels a confirmed reservation less than 12 months in advance, The Victoria reserves the right to claim the following sums, unless a booking is obtained for the same date from a third party on no less favourable terms: ◦ Anticipated Revenue is the total estimated value of business based on your food and drink choices based on numbers given by the Event Booker on confirmation. This does not include the non-refundable deposit. ◦ If cancellation or change to the number of guests occurs 14 days before the event, 100% of the full event balance will be billed. ◦ If an event is cancelled within 30 days, 75% of the final bill, based on anticipated Updated: 20/9/2025 6 of 12 Wedding revenue, will be charged. ◦ If an event is cancelled within 1-6 months, 50% of the final bill, based on anticipated revenue, will be charged. ◦ If an event is cancelled within 6-12 months, 20% of the final bill, based on anticipated revenue, will be charged. • The Victoria reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. • All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to [email protected] • We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive insurance policy for your event, as once deposits are paid, they are non-refundable. • Your booking with us here at The Victoria may not be re-sold or passed onto a third party. Booking at The Victoria can only be taken and authorised by The Victoria. • In the event of a booking cancellation, we are unable to provide external catering or collection of pre-ordered food or drinks as an alternative. Responsibility • The Event Booker is responsible for all guests and their activities during the period of
