We stayed here after booking a deal on spa seekers. Upon arrival they didn't have our names down for checking in because apparently the details from spa seekers doesn't always come through. The room was nice and spacious, but we were next to the lift and that was a bit annoying hearing it all the time, but no other complaints with the room. They don't tell you that the robe and slippers are in your room ready to go to the spa, but we only had 1 set so we had to ask for another at the reception. The man on reception was really nice. We went down for our evening meal and they'd ran out of 3-4 items on the menu, but the food was tasty and very filling. Drinks were not included in our package so we had to pay separately for them but that's ok. Breakfast in the morning was also a nice buffet. We did enjoy our stay
