Located in the heart of the Culm Valley at the Southern end of Cullompton lies Padbrook Park Hotel. Experience the serene Devon countryside alongside the benefit of local transport links and see what a wedding celebration at our venue has on offer.
Our venue is located just one mile from junction 28 of the M5, on the southern end of Cullompton. We are also just five miles from Tiverton Parkway train station, and 10 miles from Exeter International Airport.
We have two rooms that are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies. Padbrook 1 can accommodate up to 80 guests, with Padbrook 2 hosting up to 70 guests. For a larger event, why not combine both rooms and have a wedding ceremony for up to 150 guests!
Located on the ground floor inside the main hotel complex, the Padbrook Suite is the perfect venue. We can comfortably accommodate 150 guests, with a dance floor and our beautifully designed hotel bar with patio doors that open out onto our large terrace area. And, after a busy day of celebrations, all your guests can retire to their bedrooms without even having to step outside!
On the ground floor of our leisure complex, the Fairways can comfortably seat up to 60 of your guests and it has its own private bar which is ideal for an informal gathering.

We had our wedding at Padbrook Park Hotel & I could not recommend the hotel & staff enough. We had the most incredible wedding planner, Sarah Buckley & I truly cannot thank her enough. Running up to the wedding we had multiple meetings to go over everything & Sarah was beyond amazing. She is the kindest & funniest individual & we are so lucky to have had her to plan our wedding. On the day, Sarah had the staff all over everything & not once did I have to ask her to do something or change anything. I have had multiple people compliment how fantastic the food was for our wedding breakfast & I would truly recommend to anyone having their wedding at Padbrook. The facilities are fantastic including very clean bedrooms. We could not believe the quality of the breakfast the next morning with the fresh produce. Sarah, we truly cannot thank you enough & our day really would not have been the same if you hadn't made it so special. You are a true asset to Padbrook & I hope for the hotel that you are there for a very very long time. We will be returning soon for a beef roast like we had for our wedding breakfast! Thank you again.

Nice hotel situated in a park setting a bit outside the village which ensures a quiet environment. The rooms and the bathrooms are large and they are equipped with good beds. Good service a check in and when asking for plate to eat our dinner food that we bought in the village. Large free parking around this park hotel. Good price quality offering. Would recommend staying here.

Stayed 2 nights for a family wedding. Booked two double rooms that we found out were actually 2 single beds put together with a really hard band down the middle so it was impossible to sleep except on edge of bed. On the second morning came down for breakfast at just after 8am toaster was not on nor plate warmer and still had to wait for eggs to be brought out. The rooms were very dated extremely hot and stuffy and definitely not worth the £105 a night plus £14 each for breakfast a total of £504! The hotel is really slow to respond to complaints and just excuses itself as you pay on arrival so already had your money. Would definitely not recommend or use this hotel again.
