Located in the heart of the Culm Valley at the Southern end of Cullompton lies Padbrook Park Hotel. Experience the serene Devon countryside alongside the benefit of local transport links and see what a wedding celebration at our venue has on offer.
Our venue is located just one mile from junction 28 of the M5, on the southern end of Cullompton. We are also just five miles from Tiverton Parkway train station, and 10 miles from Exeter International Airport.
We have two rooms that are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies. Padbrook 1 can accommodate up to 80 guests, with Padbrook 2 hosting up to 70 guests. For a larger event, why not combine both rooms and have a wedding ceremony for up to 150 guests!
Located on the ground floor inside the main hotel complex, the Padbrook Suite is the perfect venue. We can comfortably accommodate 150 guests, with a dance floor and our beautifully designed hotel bar with patio doors that open out onto our large terrace area. And, after a busy day of celebrations, all your guests can retire to their bedrooms without even having to step outside!
On the ground floor of our leisure complex, the Fairways can comfortably seat up to 60 of your guests and it has its own private bar which is ideal for an informal gathering.

I booked my reservation a year ago as I was attending a wedding and I needed to ensure I had a room. I contacted this hotel a month before my reservation date to check it was still booked and I was very relieved that they had all of my details. My room was clean and spacious with a plentiful breakfast. All of the staff were very welcoming. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Stopped here for lunch on Tuesday and the food was lovely. And the best triple cooked chips I’ve ever eaten. So we went back for the Sunday lunch today. I had pork, and my wife had beef. Both were excellent and plenty of meat too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth dropping in at any time. 👍🏻😊

1. Restaurant freezing 2. Room and bedding freezing - had to leave heater on full all night 3. Main evening meal reheated from packet stroganoff and mashed potato that had all crusted on the bottom - disgusting and inedible. 4. Full English breakfast - all but fried egg was reheated. Bacon was totally solid - disgusting and inedible. 5. Red wine was like vinegar and freezing cold, as was the glass it was served in There were many other, more minor complaints but the above I found totally unacceptable and at incredibly high costs. I am seeking a full refund!
