We stayed at the hotel from the 15th to the 16th as a large group, and I would like to highlight how excellent the service and management were. Despite us having many requests, every single one of them was handled perfectly and with great efficiency. What I appreciated most was the attitude of the manager, instead of a problem, they always focused on finding a solution. That made a big difference for our group’s experience. The staff were kind, helpful, and very professional throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean, the food was good, and all facilities were in place and working as expected. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel both for groups and individual travelers.

Yes this hotel is in need of upgrading and looks dated in parts. However our stay due to the family wedding being there was fantastic! Not necessarily because of the state of the room we stayed in,109, but because of the exceptional staff that dealt with us all day and looked after the wedding party to perfection! The team were lead by a shining example of how a hotel manager should be, Victoria was brilliant no wonder those who work for her are also great she was such an inspirational leader and I can’t praise her or her team enough. Thank you so much.

First time in this area. Stayed in the main house with old Manor house charm. We were in one of the top rooms but of a trek through the hotel, and up plenty of stairs but view was lovely. May have worked some of the free breakfast off on the way back to the room. Nice bar area and seating with bar meals available and outdoor balcony seating area to take in view. Pleasant and helpful staff although a little more knowledge of parking in visiting location I.e. Bath, weston super mare etc wouldn't go amiss as both times we asked at reception, were not able to help with my query. Googled it for me but I had already done this, I was looking for local knowledge as option. Not had this before when staying at Best Weston usually very knowledgeable. Swimming pool lovely , and breakfast room and food very nice (good selection). Did not try the treatments as busy visiting local areas and attractions. A bit off the beaten track but all the better for this as quiet location, with plenty of free parking.A fan in the room would be advantageous as the week we stayed it got very hot and being in the roof room even leaving window open made it hard to sleep at times. We purchased one. All in all a very pleasant week and will definitely visit again

We had an executive room which was spacious with a large bed , bathroom was fine but like the hotel the decor and room was tired and dated . This hotel is in need of a make over and a maintenance schedule to be put in place. Beer was okay but the food we had wasn't great (Korean chicken wings) they were pretty tasteless and the side salad wasn't the best. All the staff were fine though and the views were great

Overall it’s a hotel, bed, shower, restaurant. However rooms (courtyard) are very tired. Not seen paint or basic maintenance / upkeep for many years. Walls are paper thin, can hear people walking past, and neighbouring rooms talking. Bed was hard, one pillow each, fortunately solo traveling for business. Bathrooms grotty and need a big update. Pool was ok, but have to book times and even with 4/5 doing laps it’s cramped. Changing rooms have no privacy. Changed and showered in the room. Gym looks well equipped but didn’t use. Sauna and Steam room good but do get busy. Restaurant was good, food was good and ok priced. Waiting staff friendly and helpful but overall take home is whole hotel is very tired. Ok for a business stop but for a holiday / getaway I think you’d be disappointed.
