Hengrave Hall, Exclusive Hire

We had our wedding at Hengrave Hall on 12 July 2025. From our very first visit to Hengrave Hall we knew that this magical venue was where we wanted to get married. The entire venue is gorgeous and historic and kept in excellent condition; our guests were wowed by it. As history lovers we particularly loved how the Hall was decorated in a style sympathetic with the historical period of the property. While the hall itself is a dreamy, historical and luxurious venue, the staff is what elevates Hengrave to Suffolk's premier wedding venue. From our first visit to our wedding day, they went above and beyond for us. Every one of our (numerous) questions as answered quickly. We could visit the Hall pretty much as often as we liked, sometimes on the same day as we requested. The staff was always kind, courteous, helpful, and above all, professional. I had been slightly worried as I have heard from other brides whose venues had in-house day-of coordinators that were not up to par. I had nothing to worry about whatsoever with the staff from Hengrave and their exclusive catering partners Milsoms, who ran the wedding day. All we needed to do was sit back and enjoy getting ready, the wedding, and the breakfast the morning after; we didn't need to worry or stress about a thing! When we arrived at 10:30am, the wedding was almost entirely set up already. The staff was attentive and helpful all day, making their presence and help known but not being intrusive. Any question or task was dealt with promptly. Most importantly, they kept us running on schedule and shepherded the guests where they needed to go and when! Every little detail was treated with attention and care. Numerous guests, including some in the wedding business themselves, commented that it was the best organised and run wedding they had ever attended. It was truly a high-end, luxury, and five-star experience. Our whole wedding day was a gorgeous and amazing experience, thanks to Hengrave Hall and its staff. We are so glad we chose it and thank you so much!

We had our wedding at Hengrave Hall in August 2025 and it was the wedding of our dreams! As soon as we were driving down the long drive way to visit the venue for the first time we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. It’s a fairytale location with the most romantic and beautiful backdrop for those wedding photos you’ll treasure forever! The staff are beyond helpful - they had absolutely everything covered for us. They promised we would feel like guests at our own wedding and we absolutely did! Our day ran so smoothly and perfectly, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. The food by Milsoms was sensational, as was their service. So many comments and compliments from our guests on the stunning venue and how well the day ran. Thank you, Hengrave Hall! 🫶🏼

We got married at Hengrave Hall on 6th June 2025 and just had the most perfect day. From our first visit at Hengrave, we fell in love. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful and the team are the cherry on top. Everyone is so welcoming and keen to make your wedding the best day possible. After booking Hengrave, we visited quite a few times with our dog, Dolly (our flower girl), as she can be quite skittish in new places and we wanted to boost her confidence for the day. The team at Hengrave were so accommodating with this, never making us feel like a nuisance. The day itself ran like a military operation and we honestly could not be more impressed. The team at Hengrave were all so welcoming to us and really reassured us, whilst making sure that the day ran smoothly. All of our guests were so impressed with the way that the wedding ran, and couldn’t get over how stunning the venue was. We couldn’t recommend Hengrave highly enough.
