About Venue
The Doxford International Centre is an attractive modern red-brick building in a popular 79-acre business and technology park on the outskirts of Sunderland near the cities of Durham and Newcastle. This is one of the region's key locations for corporate headquarters and financial and customer services centres. About 8,000 people are employed here, working for world-class companies and smaller start-up businesses from all sectors. Towering at the park's entrance is Robert Erskine's award-winning sculpture Quintisection, a huge cross-section of an ocean liner providing a visual reminder of the area's 700-year shipbuilding heritage. Today Sunderland is one of the UK's most competitive business locations. The city continues to build upon its worldwide reputation as a centre for automotive manufacturing and is home to a host of blue-chip companies in other industries including financial services, clothing and telecommunications. It is also an increasingly important location for fast-growing technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.
The space is 43 sqm and benefits from natural daylight.

Totally fraud and misrepresentation just to sell office space. Did promise amenities and features but the moment after signing up stated to add hundreds of pounds as additional costs even for amenities that were promised to be included . Also would not let come out of the contract at any cost .

Misrepresentation and Fraud to get you into an agreement which you can’t get out of . I entered into a 12-month agreement with Regus Doxford Park based on representations made prior to signing regarding what was included within the agreed cost. After execution of the agreement, material inconsistencies became apparent. Furniture configuration that had been described as included was later restricted. Tea said and coffee that had been described as included (with only speciality drinks chargeable) were later invoiced as additional monthly charges. An activation fee also appeared that had not been raised during discussions. Internet also became chargeable. Only thing free was oxygen These differences significantly altered the financial position of the agreement. When I raised these concerns immediately, the focus shifted to enforcing the 12-month minimum term rather than substantively addressing the inconsistencie and the local manager was extremely rude and threatening in stead of even listening to the raised concerns, his tone was now you are trapped and you have to pay and we will not listen to anything as we are the office mafia I have not taken occupation of the office or accessed any services. Prospective customers should ensure that all inclusions, configurations, and charges are explicitly confirmed in writing before signin and stay away as much as possible
