Hartsfield Manor, a stunning manor house, provides a charming venue for your wedding. The beautiful building, set within 16 acres of glorious grounds and gardens, enjoys spectacular views over the Surrey Hills countryside.
Whether you choose to arrive by horse-drawn carriage or a stylish vintage car, the impressive driveway with towering oaks provides a wonderful approach to the striking house. When the magnificent Victorian stately home comes into view, you will know you have chosen the perfect venue.
The venue is licensed to hold civil ceremonies with up to 90 guests. Following a romantic ceremony, we can accommodate up to 110 guests for your wedding breakfast.
The breath-taking 19th century home exudes historic elegance and grandeur, offering the ideal backdrop for both your big day and important wedding photographs; however, Hartsfield Manor offers more than a picturesque setting. The exceptional team at Hartsfield Manor strive to give you the day of your dreams, helping you to plan everything to perfection. For us, it is the little details that make a world of difference. If you manage to stay when no weddings are booked,you will find this place so calm and relaxing. Sit read a book,eat lovely meal,enjoy acold drink. Stunning gardens. Great staff.

Wedding August 14th 2025 We had the most amazing Wedding day at Hartsfield Manor. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Our wedding planner Bethany was brilliant and was with us from the day we booked, we could not have asked for more. The food was fantastic and our family and friends had nothing but compliments for all the staff. The Manor and surroundings really speak for themselves and we were able to get some beautiful photos. It was perfect and so well organised. Thank you.

Wedding! Where do I begin! From start to finish the whole team at Hartsfield Manor were amazing. Bethany was a star from the first time we met her and supported us throughout all the planning and questions we had. Our special day was made flawless by the excellent team and we had so many compliments from our family and friends. We loved every moment of our wedding day and wish we could do it all over again. The team and staff made it seamless throughout the day and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thank you to everyone involved.

My daughter had her wedding here and it was a fantastic occasion, great ambience, food and service. Lovely converted country house setting. Our room was spotless, well stocked with tea, coffee and bottled water (both still and sparkling) bed was comfortable and clean. The food served for the wedding was of a very good quality, nothing was over/under cooked and you decent sized portions. It made my daughters day magical. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Upon arrival my first impression is that this is a venue, with attached accommodation, rather than a hotel with attached venue. The main building is amazing, looking like it's strait out of an Agatha Christie novel. The grounds are picture perfect and even the car park is discrete, spacious and well lit. Top marks throughout. However I was using Hartsfield as a hotel for an early start next day. All I can say was the noise from the venue was indescribable. We did get an advanced email from the hotel warning about an event that night, which didn't help and that it would finish by 23:00, which it did. As the room lacks A/C it was either keep the windows open and be blasted by ABBA or close the windows and boil, with only a slight deadening of its raining men observed. The room itself was at best OK, however exterior windows were very dirty and the bathroom needed some maintenance. Room access was via a staircase so steep that it would give a mountain goat second thoughts, this caused problems for those of us of a more advanced age. Interactions with all staff members was positive, friendly and as helpful as they could be. Breakfast was also good. No complaints on any of these points. As a wedding venue with accommodation I would book this hotel in a heartbeat and count myself lucky, however as a hotel for an early night no, sorry.
