June 2025Good cinema with the extra of IMAX and 4DX, which are both lacking at my local cinema. However, beware the so called free parking. A new company has taken over and it's only free for 5hrs. After that you will get fined a £100 overstay fee. I am seeing 2 films here today, the second already with the uplift paid so I've given my car registration to the manager to input on their link system so I supposedly don't get fined. Some advance warning for customers at the doors would be a good idea! Several staff behind the counter didn't even know about the change in parking so it's a good thing the manager was on the ball. Will update this entry accordingly if I still get a fine through the post

June 2025I just felt compelled to leave this review because Robin truly deserves recognition. For me, Robin is Cineworld. My very first memory of going to the Crawley branch and watching a film is tied to him and years later, I saw him again and instantly recognised him as “the Cineworld man.” It turns out he’s been working there for 26 years and you can still see his passion for the place, just as strong as ever. That kind of dedication is so rare these days, and I honestly think he’s a huge part of what makes the Crawley Cineworld experience so special. Robin is more than just a staff member he’s part of the magic. I truly hope Cineworld celebrates and appreciates the impact he’s had over the years. He’s a credit to the team, and I’m so glad I got the chance to see him again and say this. Thank you, Robin!

May 2025Very clean and well presented however not worth the money. Way too expensive compared to others, family of 3 was just under £50 for tickets which is outrageous. Then if you want the unlimited pass which they push and push, well crawley isn't your friend as it will cost you 20 a month instead of the 12.99 for other cinemas and again compared to others WAY overpriced. Avoid as a regular but as a 1 off, just expect a pricey time out.

May 2025£17.49 for a single ticket is crazy. It's cheaper to go to one of the small modern 'posh' cinemas and be served food. Thirty five minutes of adverts. 'Free' parking....unless you eat at pizza hut beforehand, so you get charged £60 for "leaving the car park tarmac area". After considerable fighting this was reduced to £30. I would recommend never visiting Crawley full stop. Support one of the local smaller cinemas. It'll be cheaper and less stressful.
