If I could give minus stars I absolutely would! I was stupid enough to reach out to Regus a few years ago as I was going through a job transition and couldn’t put my home address on companies house at the time of incorporation. I rang Regus to ask if I became a member whether I’d be able to use their virtual address. They took my money and then told be I couldn’t ! They’re impossible to get hold of, complain too and I found myself in a contract I’d been told little about. Regus also has their own legal company IWG who are now perusing me for the full contract amount which I’m refusing to pay. Have a meeting with the ombudsman next week and will fight to the death to show them I won’t be bullied. I will be making it my life mission to show people just what a bunch of corporate bullies this out fit are. Sounds like I’m not the only one!
