Cancellation policy
Once the deposit and final balance have been received, all payments are non-refundable. 4.2. In the event that you need to reschedule your booking after payment has been made, we will do our utmost to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. 4.3. Should you choose to cancel your booking after either the deposit or balance has been paid, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date for your event. 4.4. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without refund if full payment is not received by the specified due date. If there is reason to believe that payment will not be made in full, we also reserve the right to cancel the booking at our discretion.
