Libby from Front Reception has been most kind with our booking especially since we had challenges with cancelling and requesting reinstating our room. She was respectful and calm that leaves a pleasant impression. We have a few more days here and already the service has been top notch! Winnie is absolutely delightful and her service makes you feel at home. Vitale from the breakfast lounge is absolutely hospitable. Looking forward to a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn in Leamington.

Great location for us as we're going to Victoria Park for a competition so a 5-minute drive.A retail park is nearby. Big car park don't forget to register your car. Friendly service we also had breakfast on several occasions-good choice full English continental as you would expect. Just feels like the hotel is feeling its age. Air conditioning gurgling & noisy bathroom had a mouldy ceiling due to poor ventilation i think seal around bath mouldy lots of holes in the wall filled in badly. 6 was fuly booked so couldn't move rooms. Shame really

Usually when you book a chain hotel you expect an average level of comfort and service. The rooms here felt dated, and there was a strong smell that was like tobacco. I was surprised to see the notice that said "non-smoking room" because it had a strong smell of cigars. You could hear a constant flow of people going past. Noisy. Breakfast wasn't included and was £17 extra pp. Much better value found in Leamington Spa.

Worst Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in yet.. Room I booked had stains and hair on the sheets, had an overwhelming smell of damp. Got upgraded to a suite which was nice of the reception staff but sadly even this wasn’t that clean. There was dust everywhere, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the aircon in the room made a horrible gurgling noise the whole time. The restaurant has these tablets to order food which are rubbish and don’t include specials. Spent 15 mins trying to add what I wanted for it then not to be on there because they’re specials… just seems silly? Just not what I’d expect from a Holiday Inn - thought their standards were much higher.
