We had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Alex, who went above and beyond. He took the time to talk with us, ensuring we were well looked after, and his friendly and warm demeanor made us feel incredibly valued. A standout moment was when he generously offered a free breakfast to our two guests who came to visit. The exceptional service didn't stop there. At breakfast, we were helped by Daniel, who was not only very kind but also incredibly hard-working. In fact, all the staff members were wonderful and friendly. We're so used to impersonal service these days, so it was a genuine treat to be received with such warmth. We'll definitely be returning to Leonardo hotels after this wonderful experience.
