MTC Events provides access to a pioneering venue comprising of a tiered auditorium, indoor and outdoor exhibition spaces, broadcast rooms, meeting rooms and a restaurant; set in architecturally stunning surroundings, created to inspire our clients and their guests, and delivering the perfect backdrop for your event catering for 2-250 delegates, all within it's own campus.

Our meeting and event spaces combine the MTC’s reputation for world-leading advanced manufacturing with the highest quality meeting facilities, offering flexible spaces capable of hosting events of all sizes. We have options for exclusive use of our entire venue, where you can completely take over our spaces and include an evening reception in the restaurant, to individual meeting and broadcast rooms - we have great flexibility for everyone.

The fusion of exhibition space, tiered auditorium, restaurant, broadcast rooms, and meeting rooms brings a new dimension to MTC Events, providing you with the capability to run hybrid events and broadcast online with the hire of our dedicated rooms, giving you the potential to reach thousands of people. This also provides the freedom for larger events to be even more inclusive, hosting virtually in conjunction with face to face options. Our on-site technical support can guide you every step of the way. Furthermore - all profits generated by MTC Events are invested back into our home grown engineering apprenticeship programme.

Both Meeting Room 7 & 8 are our larger meeting rooms which offer maximum versatility. They can be set up in a wide range of configurations to suit your requirements.
