Got tickets in the amex suite and they are the best gig seats we've ever had. Only 8 seats in there, your own waitress and comfy padded seats which you can move around. Pricey but so good!

The place itself is really great. The event I attended was fantastic, with excellent organisation and atmosphere. However, one major issue I experienced was that the low frequencies were too dominant, which made the overall sound feel a bit unbalanced at times and harder to fully enjoy. Interestingly, the video I attached actually sounds better than what I heard live, because my phone automatically reduced some of the bass. Despite this sound issue, I would definitely visit the venue again.

Small tip - if there’s a match going on, be ready to walk a lot. Due to security reasons some parts will be close and not accessible by vehicle. Otherwise, It is Central and easily accessible. I was here to watch Russel Peter’s. Seating was not the most comfortable specially if there's someone next to you from both sides. Specially when they want to leave and come back. Food and the drinks were very expensive. But overall a good venue to watch smaller concerts.

Good smaller venue. Sound was good. Graphics were excellent. Two camera screen either side of the stage were used for main act only. I would advise if you have any mobility issues to purchase tickets on the ground floor or lower level row as we saw a lot of people struggling to walk up the stairs as there are no hand rails to help steady you. Staff were helpful pointing you in the correct area to take your seat. Bars on upper level had no queues. Doors for general admission opened at 6:30 and there was no queue to get in. The merchandise store on ground floor had a short wait and upstairs there was an even shorter wait. A 500ml bottle of Pepsi was £4.95 which is very expensive. Didn’t eat here as it was cheaper to eat in local restaurants very close by. Saw lots of people eating food bought here and it looked and smelled good if you can’t find a booking in nearby restaurants I would be happy to buy food here.
