From the moment we arrived, our experience at this spa hotel exceeded every expectation. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient, setting the tone for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The spa facilities are second to none - beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offering a wide range of treatments that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. Whether it was unwinding in the sauna, enjoying a massage, or simply relaxing by the pool, every moment felt like a true escape from the everyday. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Every interaction, whether in the spa, hotel, or restaurant, was marked by genuine hospitality and attention to detail. The food and beverage offerings were outstanding - each meal was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, with a great balance of healthy options and indulgent treats. Breakfast and dinner were all consistently delicious, and the dining experience was elevated by the exceptional service. As a vegan, I didn't expect to have such an excellent selection of tasty dishes. A special mention must go to Lauren, our waitress, who truly stood out. Her warmth, professionalism, and attentive nature made our dining experiences even more memorable. She was a delight to speak with and ensured every detail was perfect - a real asset to the team. The location of the hotel is also ideal, offering serene surroundings that add to the overall sense of peace and relaxation. Whether you're there for a spa retreat, romantic getaway, or simply to unwind, this hotel is a perfect choice. We can't wait to return and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a top-tier spa hotel experience.

It is a nice hotel. Modern and up to date. Not very affordable as we paid more than £150 for a night and the spa wasn’t included. Bit disappointing. Service is friendly and efficient. The restaurant seems to offer good meals and drinks at a reasonable price. Location wise is close to the city centre which is nice. Our room was fairly big and it had AC which in this weather was amazing. We didn’t use it at night as it was noisy and I regret it because I was boiling… The bed seemed massive but we soon discovered it was two beds put together which was disappointing. Bathroom was clean and had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body cream. The smell of these products was a bit too strong for my taste but it was fruity so if you like that it’s perfect. The hotel toilets were clean and had tampons, dry shampoo, hair spray and body mist that was a nice touch. If your budget permits it, it is a nice place. It would be nice to try the spa as people rate it highly, but not this time.
