We hosted a great event for our volunteers at Pyrford Gold Club. Sam and team were brilliant to work with. Very accommodating and the food was great too. We've had so much great feedback from our attendees. Thanks again for hosting us team!

I recently hosted a Charity Golf Day at Pyrford Lakes and, unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. While the course itself was in great condition and well-received by players, the organisation, service, and staff engagement were disappointing throughout. The driving range wasn’t prepared, staff were disengaged and unhelpful, and basic hospitality fell short - including guests being refused proper coffees because barista drinks “weren’t being made.” There was little to no support with event coordination, signage, or scoring, and it often felt like the team didn’t want us there. As the organiser of a large charity event, it was frustrating to have to manage so much alone despite clear pre-event discussions. A real shame, as the venue has potential - but the lack of professionalism and enthusiasm off the course means I’ll be looking elsewhere for future events.
